1. The service
LiftMyPhotos (“we”, “the service”) lets you upload real-estate property photographs and receive back a professionally enhanced version, generated using an AI image model. The service is intended for photographs you own or have the right to use — typically listing photos you or your brokerage took.
2. Credits and subscriptions
Each enhancement consumes one credit. Credits are granted on signup (a free trial allowance), on each successful monthly subscription renewal, and on one-off top-up pack purchases. Credits do not expire on their own, but the photos they produce do — see Section 4. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account, effective at the end of the current billing period.
3. Output resolution
Enhanced images are delivered at standard 1080p resolution by default. An active paid subscription unlocks higher output resolution (up to 4K depending on plan), as described on the Pricing page.
4. Image retention — 48 hours
Both your original uploaded photo and the enhanced result are automatically and permanently deleted 48 hours after the enhancement is created. This is a fixed platform policy, not a per-plan setting. Download anything you want to keep before the 48-hour window closes — we cannot recover a deleted image or re-run a past enhancement for free afterward.
5. Acceptable use
You may only upload photographs of real property you own, manage, or are authorized to market. Do not upload images of people, identifiable private individuals, illegal content, or photographs you do not have rights to use. We may suspend accounts that violate this.
6. No warranty
The service is provided “as is.” AI-enhanced output is a photographic edit of your original image; we do not guarantee a specific result, and you are responsible for confirming the final image accurately represents the property before using it in a real listing.
